Late cancelation/no show policies

 
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
 
No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

 
In consideration of our entire community and scheduling commitments to other clients’, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show.
 
Arriving 15 minutes late or more will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the appointment may be subject to rescheduling based on availability.
